Volunteering

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Mahatma Gandhi

All our undergraduate students study liberal arts courses as part of their degree, with a strong emphasis on service learning – working with outside NGO’s, non-profit organisations, and charities, to help them assess community needs while gaining vital work experience and building a network of contacts. Through volunteering you gain skills and work experience, build your confidence, connect with people and contribute to positive change in communities.

The surrounding restored 17th-century gardens feature a kitchen garden, the ‘Wilderness’ maze, and scenic picnic spots.
