Residence Life at Richmond

If you are living with us at one of our 3 locations this academic year (Hammersmith, West Kensington or Tower Hill) you’ll be living with our residence life team who here to support you in adjusting to life in London and making the most of your time outside of the classroom. Our Resident Director and Residence Advisors are all students themselves, so they can also help you navigate University policies and procedures and help identify staff to further support you.

Hi, I’m Gwen. I’m from Iowa, USA. I’m a senior this year and I’m the Student Senator for my major: computer science. I’m also the Resident Director this year, as well as the President for the gaming society and the book club.

Emma Bennett

Hi, I’m Emma. I’m from Anaheim, California. It’s my second year at Richmond and I’m a fashion management and marketing major. This year I’m also a Resident Advisor in the fall at our Hammersmith housing.

Gina Hawksworth

Hi, my name’s Gina, I’m from North Yorkshire and will start my senior year this fall. I study History of Art and Visual Culture, with a minor in Marketing, and have just returned from a year studying in the US. 
I’ve been a part of the Res Life team since my freshman year, have previously sat on the student code of conduct committee, and will be the Vice President of the book club this year. 

Tristen Craig

Hi! I’m Tristen Craig. I am a postgraduate student studying an MA Advertising and Public Relations course. I am from the Washington, D.C. area. In Spring 2023, I was a visiting student at Richmond, where I studied advertising, public relations, and fashion marketing. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Black Studies in May 2024. In my free time, I love exploring local coffee shops, watching sports, and trying the newest fitness craze.

Hi there ! My name is Kiara Garcia and this  will be my second year of being a Resident Advisor. I am currently majoring in International Business Administration. When I can get away from studying I like to travel around Europe and explore new countries. I am originally from Ecuador and in my free time I love cooking cuisine from my homeland.
