Tickets for September’s orientation events are now live! You can book on our online store here.

Booking closes 72 hours before the event, so buy your ticket early to avoid disappointment! If you purchase a ticket and change your mind later, we are unable to offer refunds. We will always try to resell your ticket, but this cannot be guaranteed if cancelled last-minute.

Before arrival, please complete the following tasks to make your orientation week as smooth as it can be!

Log on to your University email and change your password (instructions have been sent to your private email)
Log on to Blackboard (using your new credentials) and work through our orientation course
Log on to the Rio Student portal and complete our Health Questionnaire and update your personal details. You can also apply for housing on the portal if you haven’t done this already
Upload a photo for your student ID
If you are an international student staying with us for 2 terms or more, upload the share code of your e-visa HERE. If you are a study abroad student staying only one term, don’t forget to apply for your ETA
If you are staying with us at Stay Club North Acton, book your Airport Collection for 1 September
