Student Government
The Student Government Association (SGA) is the representative body for all students at Richmond. It consists of two parts:
- Senators: elected representatives for each course/cohort, who represent your academic interests
- The Executive: elected students who have a particular role, represent each aspect of student life, and coordinate the SGA’s social events/activities
The SGA organises two elections per year, one for senators, and one for the Executive team. Being a Senator or an Executive Committee member is a great opportunity to develop new skills, meet the students of Richmond, and leave your mark at the University by making a positive difference. SGA and Student Affairs share details of how to get involved before each election.
