Spring 2027 Orientation – London
Students starting with us in Spring 2027 will be required to attend our in-person orientation at our Chiswick campus. We will be updating this page with more information as the new term approaches, as well as sending details to students via email. Important Dates
- New Undergraduate (Year 2*) and Study Abroad Orientation: 12-15 January
- New Undergraduate (Year 1*) Orientation: 11-12 February
- Postgraduate Orientation: 29 January**
- Stay Club Move-in: Monday 11 January
* Please review your acceptance to determine whether you are a Year 1 or Year 2 student.

Orientation Events
We run a variety of sessions and events during orientation to help you get to know our university, your peers, and the city of London! Our in-person sessions are mandatory, and you will receive a detailed schedule in advance of your arrival. Our off-campus events are optional and sometimes require that you purchase a ticket in advance.
