New Student Orientation for UG entry (12-16 January 2026)
We are pleased to invite our Year 2 Undergraduate students to join us on campus for new student orientation on 12-16 January 2026. We will be hosting morning and afternoon sessions through the week by cohort (your degree course or visiting student institution).
All sessions will be held in Building 12, 566 Chiswick High Road, W4 5AN. The closest transport station is Gunnersbury.
The week will include:
-Document checks (please bring your passport, visa decision letter and a share code for your e-visa)
-Visa Seminar
-Visiting Student Meetings (if you are joining us from a partner University or studying abroad directly)
-Accessing University Systems Seminar
-Life in London Seminar
-Campus Tours & Library Orientation
-Applied Liberal Arts Seminar
-Faculty/Student Lunch
-SGA Welcome
-Parent and Guardian Welcome
Registry staff, IT support and student finance assistance will be available throughout the week.
Attendance in all sessions is mandatory.

Before you arrive for orientation, please do the following:

-Log on to your University email account HERE following the instructions sent to you from Student Affairs
-Log on to Blackboard and engage with our orientation course
–Download a share code for your student route visa and complete our form HERE to share your code with us
